# VAKAKS

> VAKAKS is a Shopify Partner that builds online shops for small businesses on Shopify and WordPress, and gets them live in seven days for one flat payment of $650 USD.

We work with people who sell on Instagram, WhatsApp or in person and have no
website yet. You send your products, we build the shop, and on day seven it
goes live and we show you how to run it. No technical knowledge needed.

## What we do

- **New Shopify store**: A whole shop built for you in seven days. All your pages, your products added, and card payments working.
- **New WordPress store**: A shop or business site on WordPress, set up and ready to take orders.
- **Moving your shop**: Moving a shop you already have to Shopify or WordPress. Your products, orders and customers all come with it.
- **Help with your shop**: Ongoing help with a shop you already run, from small fixes to bigger changes.

## The price

- $650 USD, down from $1,853. One payment, no hourly billing.
- Only 3 projects start each week, and booking for a week closes on the Sunday before it. Miss it and the shop opens a week later.
- The first call is free and nothing is charged before we agree on the work.

## What is included

- Your pages: home, about, contact, shop, single product, cart, checkout and policies
- Colours and fonts to suit your business, plus banners and graphics
- Your products added, and the checkout set up so it can take an order
- Card payments through Shopify Payments, plus PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm
- Connected to Facebook and Instagram. TikTok Shop and Google Business Profile on request
- Emails that go out on their own: new order alerts, cart reminders, welcome messages
- A walkthrough once it is live, plus written guides

## What is not included

- Logo and brand identity design
- Setting up a TikTok Shop account
- Marketing, ads and content

## How it works

1. Day 1, you send the products. Photos, prices, sizes and delivery costs.
2. Days 2 to 6, we build the shop, add the products and get payments working.
3. Day 7, it goes live and we show you how to run it.

## Common questions

### How long does it take to build my shop?
Seven days from our first call. On day one you send your products, we build it over the next five days, and on day seven it goes live and we show you how to run it.

### How much does it cost?
One payment covers everything. Building the shop, adding your products, getting payments working, and setting up the emails that go out to customers. We do not charge by the hour.

### Do I need to know how websites work?
No. You send us photos, prices, sizes and what you charge for delivery. We do the rest. Once it is live we show you how to add products and deal with orders.

### Should I pick Shopify or WordPress?
Shopify is the easier one and costs a monthly fee. WordPress gives you more say over how things look and work, and suits you if you already have a WordPress site. We will tell you which one fits on the call.

### Can you move the shop I already have?
Yes. We move shops between Shopify and WordPress, and your products, orders and customers all come with it.

### Do I get a logo too?
No, the price is for the shop itself. A logo is a separate thing we charge for, and we will give you a price on the call.
